hAPPy Friday!
One of the most beloved ipad Apps in the Art room by teacher and students alike is the ipottery app.
I introduced this app last year to students for a Greek history lesson. We watched a Greek artist throw pottery on a wheel . Then I gave student to chance to digitally create their own pottery. It walks students threw the whole pottery process, with out the mess! This app has some magic power that instantly soothes students by the classroom! I think its the soothing bird sounds that softly play in the background.
You can get the app for free and it has an available upgrade. I currently have a the free app.
Its also available for most phone and tablet devices.

hAPPy Friday! : Class Dogo
Forget the Behavior Folders, that's low tech and lets face it they get lost! With class about to start why don't you try out something new? Class Dojo is a classroom management tool. You can access it threw your computer or ipad or any smart device. What I love about it is that you can focus on the good behavior of your students more than the bad. Each student gets a little critter and the critter is given good points or taken points away.
