This week’s Golden Techie is Ms. Stephanie Cruz, the Academic Coordinator at Stonewall-Flanders Elementary. Ms. Cruz said, “our campus has fully implemented Google Apps for collaboration, documentation, presentations and gathering information. Teachers have become more confident in their technology skills and are now utilizing technology more with the students. Visiting our campus you will see students using technology for research projects, gathering information, stations and educational programs. One piece of advice I give to others is take one to two technology tools that can help in multiple areas and learn it well. And don’t worry if you struggle with technology, the students are here to help!”
